Harris E. Weinberg, probably the most prestigious mediator in California started his mediation career in Vermont when he established a mediation program for troubled juveniles as part of the Vermont Juvenile System. Over the years he has traveled frequently to Italy at the request of the U.S. State Department. And to Jerusalem to work with Israeli, Arab and Palestinian government leaders, diplomats, industrialists and academicians to examine uses of mediation in their resolution conflicts. Mr. Weinberg is good company to keep.

Flag Day – Honors the creation of the flag of the United States of America on June 14, 1777. The Stars and Stripes originated as a result of the resolution adopted by the Marine Committee of the Second Continental Congress at Philadelphia. The resolution read: ““Resolved, that the flag of the United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field representing a new constellation. ”
